THE ROLE
The post holder will support a wide range of events and activities designed to engage with and influence target markets, including attending recruitment events, both on and off campus; responsibility for all bookings and costs related to careers fairs and conventions; and supporting the Sponsorship & Events Co-ordinator and wider team in the organisation of Open Days and Applicant Events.
ABOUT YOU
1. You will hold a good standard of literacy and numeracy as demonstrated by qualifications at GCSE grade ‘C’ or higher (or equivalent), or by relevant work experience.
2. You will have experience working in an administrative capacity, including servicing meetings.
3. You will be experienced in supporting financial procedures, including raising and processing requisitions and invoices.
