ReceptionistJob Type: Part-time (Average 23 hours per week)Location: Central Bolton, BL1 1RUPay: £13.34 per hour PAYEDuration: One monthWorking Hours: 8am – 6.15pm on a 3-week rolling rota, including 1 in 3 weekendsWe are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join Bolton Council, providing essential support in a dynamic environment. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks and requires flexibility to cover shifts during sickness and leave.Day-to-day of the role:Handle admissions including setting up electronic and paper files and folders.Regularly update the notice board and maintain the admin and discharge weekly list.Prepare and manage the bed occupancy report.Ensure adequate printing and stocking of necessary paperwork.Label client equipment as delivered to reception.Send, scan, and email referrals and information to Health Administration and Partners.Update new client lists for laundry, kitchen, and front desk.Utilise Liquid Logic to add contact documents and assign cases to Social Workers.Manage discharges including updating the Admission and Discharge book, dashboard, and noticeboard.Archive files and support Social Workers with standard letters and generating contracts.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using office equipment and management systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work on weekends and cover additional shifts as needed.If you are interested in this role, please
