We are seeking to appoint a kind, caring, flexible and hardworking person to join our dedicated team of Teaching Assistants to support our pupils. The successful candidate will be working 1:1 with SEN pupils, as part of their Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP). You will have the opportunity to work alongside our well-structured and supportive staff to help all our children enjoy, learn and achieve success. The ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiatives is important. The successful candidate must be patient, calm and flexible in their working practices. This is a temporary contract which may be extended subject to a budget review. We offer support and an induction programme for all new staff, and a commitment to continued professional development. The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post.
