Installation Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Installation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing all aspects of project logistics to ensure smooth operations and successful completion of projects.
Duties:
* Coordinate and manage project schedules to meet deadlines efficiently.
* Organize hotel bookings, scaffolding reservations, and transportation for project teams.
* Oversee the ordering, delivery, and management of materials and equipment.
* Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
* Document all coordination efforts and report to project managers regularly.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in coordination or a similar role within construction or engineering sectors.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
