Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer for our client, a global technology company. You will ensure seamless office IT operations, provide end-user support, and maintain critical infrastructure including networks, servers, and security systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, a customer-centric approach, and collaboration with global IT teams to meet company security and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions for local offices, including support for cloud and local server-based systems such as MES and security systems.
2. Implement and maintain secure hybrid cloud architectures bridging on-premise and cloud environments.
3. Diagnose and resolve complex issues in cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure environments.
4. Design and manage network solutions including MPLS, VPN configurations (Multi-VRF/IPsec), WAN/LAN architecture, wireless networks (AC/AP), and Firewall management.
5. Troubleshoot advanced network issues (routing, switching, VoIP).
6. Deploy and maintain Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization platforms, storage solutions, backup systems, VoIP, and video conferencing systems.
7. Implement and manage endpoint protection solutions (antivirus/encryption), patch management systems, and two-factor authentication infrastructure.
8. Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies.
9. Conduct IT training and maintain support documentation.
10. Maintain door access/CCTV systems and video conferencing equipment.
11. Participate in after-hours/weekend support (remote or onsite).
12. Ensure IT environments comply with company global security policies.
13. Collaborate with global IT teams to innovate solutions aligned with business needs.
Person Specification:
Required:
* Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) for global collaboration.
* 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure (Wintel/Networking).
* Advanced networking knowledge: Routing/switching (CCNA or equivalent).
* Microsoft certifications preferred (Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019).
* Experience with endpoint security (encryption/patching/2FA).
* Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
* Relevant certifications such as CCNP, MCSE.
* Experience with AxiomV door control systems.
