Head of Operations
North Lincolnshire depends on high-quality frontline services—services that are efficient, reliable and responsive to residents. We are transforming how these services are delivered—aligning them to our neighbourhood model and ensuring they operate with performance, consistency and accountability.
We are now seeking an experienced Head of Operations & Service Delivery to lead this function. This role is responsible for ensuring that key operational services are delivered effectively meeting demand, maintaining standards and continuously improving performance.
You will bring strong operational grip, ensuring services run efficiently while adapting to new ways of working within an integrated system.
Key responsibilities:
5. Lead frontline operational services with a focus on performance and efficiency
