Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Client Relationship Manager in the UK, based out of Cambridge. The role involves being the strategic point of contact for key clients, owning relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring delivery excellence. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to co-create IT solutions aligned with business goals is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
2. Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
3. Build and nurture C-level relationships within the client organization.
4. Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
5. Develop and execute account strategies aligned with the client's business roadmap.
6. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across IT services such as cloud, digital transformation, data, and cybersecurity.
7. Drive revenue growth and contribute to business targets.
8. Delivery Oversight:
9. Work with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and SLA achievement.
10. Resolve escalations and maintain high-quality service delivery.
11. Monitor KPIs and project health across all engagements.
12. Stakeholder Management:
13. Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and delivery teams.
14. Provide regular updates to leadership and client stakeholders.
15. Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
16. Stay informed on industry trends and client challenges.
17. Advise clients on emerging technologies and IT strategies.
18. Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the account.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of IT services including application development, cloud, data, infrastructure, and managed services.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to engage with senior business and technical stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in a global delivery model.
* Engineering skills in the IT industry.
* Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, Agile, or SAFe.
