ICE RINK SUPERVISOR
WE ARE NOW RECRUITING FOR SUPERVISORS AT
THE BLUEWATER SHOPPING CENTRE ICE RINK

We are looking for the best team yet to be a part of this year's event. We are currently recruiting Ice Rink Supervisors / Duty Manager to support leading that team.
If you are leader who is polite, positive, punctual and has a passion for customer service, then we would love to talk to you.
Management/Supervisor experience. 1-year minimum.
Customer service experience. 1-year minimum.
Full training and support throughout.
A dedicated Medic is always present, so first aid certification is NOT required.
You DO NOT need to be able to ice skate.
Main Responsibilities
Rink Supervisor
Assisting the Rink Manager to support the team in providing great customer service.
Assisting technical team with ice maintenance when required.
Reporting hourly.
Hours of work
November 2025 to January 2026
Shift pattern including evenings and weekends.
We try to be flexible with working hours where we can, depending on other applicants' availability. Let's have a chat if you have other commitments you want to work around.
Christmas Day is closed but will need to be available for the Christmas period before and afterwards.
Remuneration
A performance bonus, holiday pay paid per hour as we go. With full support from the Icescape Operations Management team.
Supervisor / Duty Manager - £13.50 ph plus holiday (£1.63) PLUS bonus scheme.
We only employ via PAYE - which means we cover insurance and pay your tax and national insurance. Eligibility to work in the UK will need to be evidenced at the interview stage.
Our focus is on reducing the risk for our guests, whilst providing an ice cool place for friends and families to enjoy a special Christmas outing. In addition to this, we create a welcoming environment for everyone in the team to be safe in their workplace.
