The Package
* Salary: up to £45,000 Base + £5,000 tronc
* Tronc/Tips: £5,000 per year
* Work-Life Balance: 2.5 days off per week & reasonable finish times.
* Team: Work with an 8-chef brigade in a supportive environment.
* Development: Gain skills in GP, budgeting, and kitchen management.
The Role
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team alongside the Head Chef.
* Run kitchen sections and ensure high food/service standards.
* Mentor and train Junior Chefs.
* Manage ordering, stock control, and GP awareness.
* Uphold health & safety standards.
* Act as 'Head Chef' in their absence.
* Assist in menu development and seasonal specials

* Solid experience in high-quality restaurants or gastro pubs.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative flair with seasonal produce.
* Confidence to inspire and motivate a team.
