We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in
Dudley, who are looking to add an experienced
Powder Coater
to their production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking stable, long-term employment with regular weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities: Preparing metal components for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging) Applying powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment Ensuring coatings meet quality and thickness standards Inspecting finished products for defects and consistency Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following health & safety procedures at all times Candidate Requirements: Previous powder coating experience is essential. Good attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work to production targets. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. What’s on Offer:
