Aftersales Advisor Do you have a passion for the automotive industry?
We are looking for a versatile Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s team in Llandudno North Wales.
You will need to have excellent customer service and upselling skills along with a knowledge and understanding of automotive systems and components.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department
* Upsell relevant products and services (VHCs, service plans, and Warranties) with integrity
* Maintain thorough product expertise and update your knowledge through manufacturer‑led training, both in person and online
* Provide customers with progress updates on their vehicles
Qualifications
* Communication skills: handle a busy phone line and face‑to‑face queue with strong customer‑facing experience
* Full UK driving licence and manageable commute to our client’s North Wales location (Llandudno)
* Upselling skills and experience
* Understanding of automotive systems and components and familiarity with manufacturer repair times and standards
