What You’ll Do
1. Champion the development and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools—setting the gold standard for delivery across our global teams.
2. Lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
3. Monitor global project portfolios to ensure disciplined schedule, cost and quality management.
4. Provide strategic oversight for high-profile, complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable business outcomes.
5. Drive process & tooling improvement initiatives, leveraging data and insights to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
6. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as an advisor and advocate for best-in-class project management practices.
7. Represent the organization at corporate events, sharing thought leadership and driving our reputation as a center of excellence.
Is This Opportunity Right for You?
We’re seeking candidates who bring:
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred), or equivalent experience.
9. 10+ years of progressive experience in project management & PMO operations, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within global organizations.
10. Proven track record of PMO establishment, managing large complex project portfolios, and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
11. Experience in large Telco BSS (Catalogue, Order Management, CRM, Billing, OCS) implementations
12. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
13. Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management abilities.
14. Experience in the Media and/or Financial Services sectors is highly desirable.
15. Willingness to travel globally to engage with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
