Shift: Night Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am)
About the Role
Farmhouse Fare is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our night shift team in Clitheroe. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities
1. Load and unload deliveries, checking and verifying incoming stock
2. Replenish inventory by restocking shelves and storage areas
3. Ensure goods are stored safely and in line with health & safety regulations
4. Deliver materials to production areas as required
5. Accurately record stock levels and carry out regular inventory checks
6. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
8. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks
9. Support other warehouse duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
10. Valid forklift and reach truck licence (essential)
11. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
12. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
13. Good numerical and literacy skills (accurate data recording is a strong advantage)
14. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
15. Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy loads
16. Flexible approach to working hours, including overtime when required
