Your Life as a Surveyor
You’ll independently conduct Level 2 survey reports for property buyers, ensuring every detail is captured and deadlines are met. Whether you’re out in the field inspecting homes or engaging with residents, you’ll represent the company with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For
A driven, customer-focused surveyor ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need:
- Residential surveying expertise and RICS membership (MRICS or FRICS).
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and meeting deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and a commitment to excellence.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- iPad and app experience.
- A strong track record of report preparation.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Relationship management skills and deep surveying knowledge.
