A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to join the SSAFA Community Health Team at Akrotiri in Cyprus.
About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated and a flexible individual for the role of a Business Support Administrator. Your role will be to assist with daily co-ordination and provide administrative support to the Health professionals to ensure business services and objectives are met. As a business support administrator, you will provide a comprehensive business support service to the Community Health Team at Akrotiri in Cyprus, ensuring the smooth running of the administration for the service.
About the team
You will be a member of the SSAFA Community Health Team based in Akrotiri, working alongside Speech and Language Therapists, Midwives, Health Visitors, School Nurses, Community Children’s Nurses, CAMHS, Dietitian, Consultant Community Paediatrician and Community Paediatric Psychiatrist. The SSAFA Community Health Team work collaboratively with Primary Health care, Education, Social Care and Welfare agencies.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong administrative and reception experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). You will be confident in using digital technology and capable of working independently when required.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively as part of a team, and effectively provide administrative support to colleagues. You will demonstrate professionalism when handling telephone calls and have experience in diary management and producing high-quality documents.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
All SSAFA staff must be committed to safeguarding children and adults, adhering to child protection policies and guidelines in line with Command Local Safeguarding Children’s Board procedures.
A valid driving license is essential.
