The Woodcote is a destination where exceptional dining, led by Michelin-starred chef Matt Gillan, meets luxury accommodation and warm hospitality. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Housekeeping to lead our dedicated team and ensure the highest standards are upheld across our beautiful property.
The Role
As Head of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for the immaculate presentation and maintenance of our six guest rooms, restaurant, and all front-of-house and communal areas. This is a leadership role, where you will not only set the standard but also inspire and support your team to deliver consistently flawless service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring seamless daily operations.
* Oversee the cleaning and presentation of guest rooms, dining spaces, terrace, and outdoor bar.
* Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, tidiness, and guest readiness.
* Carry out inspections and spot checks to ensure excellence at all times.
* Respond professionally to guest requests and feedback.
* Collaborate closely with Front of House and Kitchen teams to deliver a smooth guest journey.
* Manage inventories of cleaning products, linen, toiletries, and supplies.
* Oversee laundry processes and ensure linen is of the highest quality.
* Monitor budgets and contribute to cost control without compromising quality.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and fire safety regulations.
* Plan rotas, allocate tasks, and train and develop team members.

* Proven experience in luxury housekeeping or hospitality management.

Pay: £35,500.00-£40,000.00 per year
