As the Financial Controller, you will oversee the company's financial activities, ensure key controls are followed, maintain compliance with reporting standards, and provide concise and timely financial reports and recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities
1. Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts to key stakeholders.
2. Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable tax, accounting, and financial regulations and standards.
4. Develop and implement financial and operational strategies to support business objectives.
5. Lead and develop the finance team of experts.
6. Manage key financial controls and processes in line with SLAs.
7. Manage and develop financial systems and processes.
8. Create relevant Financial MI to support business goals, team performance, and risk management.
9. Support treasury and taxation functions with statutory reporting and annual audits.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong academic background.
* Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles, controls, and procedures.
* Experience with statutory reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvements.
* Experience managing a finance function and meeting deadlines.
* Flexible and adaptable, capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High integrity and professionalism.
