Role Highlights
* Early Years Practitioner role in Waltham Forest (East London)
* Permanent Early Years Practitioner position
* Full‑time Early Years Practitioner role (36 hours per week)
* Working hours: Monday‑Thursday 9:30am – 5:45pm; Friday 9:45am – 5:45pm
* Term: time only plus inset days
* GBP14.25 – GBP16.65 per hour
Responsibilities
* Work in partnership with teachers to deliver the EYFS curriculum
* Act as a keyworker and monitor development
* Observe, assess and record progress
* Lead engaging activities
* Create a safe, stimulating environment
* Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are met
Requirements
* Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
* Experience working in an early years setting as a practitioner
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A caring, proactive and reliable approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
