What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Conducting property valuations and securing instructions
* Delivering outstanding service to vendors and prospective clients
* Building strong local relationships and business opportunities
* Generating and converting sales leads
* Meeting personal and team performance targets
* Promoting the agency and enhancing its presence across the island
* Working collaboratively within a dynamic and professional sales team
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Estate agency sales experience essential
* Proven ability to win listings and instructions
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Highly self-motivated and target-driven
* Smart, professional, and well-presented
* Able to work efficiently under pressure
* Strong telephone sales and rapport-building ability
* Local knowledge of the Isle of Wight advantageous
* Full UK driving license and car required
