Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

We are a community of adults aged 18 to 60 with a wide range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities. We value independence, developing new skills, and enjoying meaningful experiences in our local community and beyond.

We enjoy going out for meals, visiting the pub, doing arts and crafts, exploring new places, and taking part in volunteering opportunities such as large sporting events. At home, we spend time together in our communal lounge watching films, listening to music, and socialising. Every day is different, so staff need to be adaptable, positive, and ready for a variety of activities.

Our service is a modern building with 14 spacious apartments, each with a lounge, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hindley with a large car park for staff and visitors.

We are currently focusing on expanding our connections within the community, trying new hobbies and activities, and finding opportunities that support personal growth and independence.
