Pay: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience

About Almond Care
Almond Care is a leading provider of homecare services for individuals with complex healthcare needs, look after children and supported living. We are seeking a part time a Finance Manager as you will be working alongside out existing team and helping to ensure that our accounts are managed efficiently in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Manager, you will be:
* Maintain accurate transaction records.
* Manage invoices and prepare statements.
* Oversee payroll production and allocate to relevant cost centres.
* Prepared budgets and produce monthly performance statements.
* Produce simple management accounts.
* To file for the accountants - Tax returns/HMRC/Companies house.
* Provide leadership & supervision to the team.
* Review and update finance policy and procedures.
* Manage Fleet accounts.
* Ad hoc duties as defined by the directors.
Key Requirements
* 5 years' experience in a finance environment preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Appropriate qualifications.
* Experience of accounts software packages including Xero.
* Experience of Purchase ledger and accounts payable.
* Previous experience of management accounts.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Experience of Microsoft packages.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Attention to detail.
