We are currently hiring an enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our events team on a part or full time basis.
Responsibilities
* Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
* Greet clients and guests upon arrival at the venue
* Service meetings and events, including setting up catering and beverage stations and maintaining cleanliness
* Assisting with bar service and canapé receptions
* Supporting in our staff restaurant
* Setting up and clearing away of equipment needed for the events
* Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
* Follow our policies, procedures and service standards.
* Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies while handling food and beverages.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Friendly, approachable, with excellent customer service skills.
* Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
* Strong team player with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Essential flexibility with working hours.
* Must already have the right to work in the UK.
