The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment. Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils needing additional support. Help prepare classroom resources and provide administrative support. Support children with additional learning needs (SEND experience is a plus). Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. What We're Looking For: Someone with experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, caring, and proactive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential.
