The postholder will be responsible for the managing the Aids and Adaptation contract, working closely with contractors, OT, residents and the wider stakeholder in order to deliver excellent customer service. They would need to be good with excel and have good financial understanding in order to support the wider Asset Management Team with KPIs on Capital works. They must have the ability to setup and manage an electronic filing system.
Responsibilities & Outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Uphold SHPs Values, Behaviours & Leadership expectations at all times (see overleaf)
⦁ Responsible for raising Aids and Adaptation orders and occupational therapy,contractor and resident liaison, liaising with contractors for this works area for appointments, responding to residents queries and complaints for the works, ensuring all sign offs and documentation is in place
⦁ Help implement and maintain the Planned Works Module to enable accurate tracking and validation of valuations against projects and accurate and timely payments
⦁ Responsible for all Contract Administration, gate report records and actions and ensuring all valuations are checked against tendered rates for accuracy and agreed.
⦁ Responsible for updating Pentana Performance Indicator suite, ensuring comments from managers are accurate prepare updates and action summaries for Asset Lead,setting and monitoring of improvement plans related to KPIs

Skills & Experience
Essential:
⦁ Proven experience of providing contractual administrative support including financial reporting ,minute taking at meetings and the ability to produce clear and concise letters and simple reports
⦁ Experience of working within a Social Housing environment
⦁ Experience of using standard office software such as word processing and spreadsheets and other bespoke software packages to manage information and performance data.
⦁ A willingness to learn, develop, keep abreast and adapt particularly in regard to the relevant specialist knowledge and to take on other such duties as may be required to facilitate the design and delivery of the department’s priorities.
⦁ Ability to work effectively under pressure, to plan work and meet a range of deadlines against a background of changing priorities and to perform with minimal supervision.
⦁ Ability to prioritise, organise and schedule activities and resources to ensure achievement of results and experience of making timely and balanced decisions.
