The Role
Driving growth through integrated marketing, this role manages TechPoints brand visibility, lead generation and digital presence. Working across three business units, this is a diverse role touching on everything from brand storytelling to targeted campaigns and event management.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Channel Management
* Manage the strategy, performance, and content of digital channels, including 2 websites, email marketing programmes, social media and ad campaigns
* Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform planning and decision-making
Communications & Events
* Manage the annual exhibition calendar, including end-to-end event and campaign management
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver company events and external engagements
* Develop and manage a customer & partner communications programme
Demand Generation & Lead Management
* Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns
* Manage lead capture, qualification, and nurturing journeys
* Work closely with the sales team to align targeting, messaging, KPIs, and lead handover processes
* Track campaign effectiveness and contribution to leads pipeline and revenue
* Support ad hoc marketing activities for business units
Brand Marketing & Management
* Develop and deliver PR, communications and sponsorship initiatives to increase brand visibility, awareness, and storytelling
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, materials, and customer touchpoints
* Safeguard brand guidelines and visual identity, supporting internal teams with brand application
* Maximise TechPoint’s membership of trade organisations, to ensure consistent brand exposure, in conjunction with commercial teams
Data, CRM & Marketing Technology
* Manage marketing data and CRM processes to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, compliance and effective campaign execution
* Evolve marketing technology tools to improve efficiency, automation, and measurement
About you
* 3+ years in B2B marketing manager role
* Background in Aerospace, defence, complex manufacturing or niche technology (preferred)
* Highly experienced in innovative events & exhibition management
* Deep understanding and experience in campaign management
* Commercial mindset and ability to build effective working relationships with multiple sales teams
* Creative copywriter and storyteller
* Strong digital experience, with hands on knowledge of tools such as Statamic, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Google analytics & console (preferred)
* Thrives in fast pace, scale up environment
* Analytical and data driven, with ‘test and learn’ mindset
* Great stakeholder management skills
