Responsibilities
The postholder will act as the College Brand Guardian, ensuring that all creative work reflects and strengthens West Thames College’s identity and values. They will:
* work closely with the Marketing Team to raise the College’s profile across all internal and external audiences through highly creative, innovative, and consistent design concepts;
* manage the design and production process for all marketing publications, campaigns, promotional materials, multimedia content, and installations;
* ensure quality, creativity, and impact across print and digital channels.
Additional Information
Targeted Retention Incentive Payment: Eligible FE teachers can claim a targeted retention incentive payment for teaching specific courses. This post is in scope for eligibility. For the 2025 to 2026 academic year, the payment ranges from £2,000 to £6,000 and is paid in one lump sum.
You must be in the first 5 years of your FE teaching career to claim. This means you must have started your first role with FE teaching responsibilities at a post-16 only provider in England during or after the 2021 to 2022 academic year.
