The aim of the position is to assist with customer service, and all other areas of office administration, including sales support. To complete all tasks in a timely accurate manner. Providing a high standard of customer care at all times.
Working within a busy office environment of an established wholesale company. With various day to day activities around customer service, administration and sales support.
We would require someone who can work Monday - Friday, but we would consider part time hours, if the core hours were covered
Someone who is:
* Self-motivated
* Friendly and personable
* Is confident with using digital programs
* Experienced and confident in admin tasks
* Has experience of Customer Service over the phone
* Flexible to cover holidays, sickness and fluctuations in work load
Key job tasks: (not limited to)
* Answering emails and telephone calls, and resolving the issues to final stage
* Ability to problem solve and work with the team to find a resolution
* Taking payments over the phone
* Answering queries from other departments
* Assisting with courier issues
* Creating courier labels and booking in pallets
* Making courtesy calls to customers following an order or delivery

* Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
* Respond effectively and efficiently to emails and telephone enquiries.
* Able to prioritise workloads and follow through tasks to completion.
* Support other business departments as required.
* Must have good numeracy skills - possible accounts knowledge.
