Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500 law firm based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full-time job with hybrid working (2-3 days per week remote from home). Role Responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for managing a commercial property caseload as well as leading the team alongside the Head of Department. Other duties include:
* Commercial sales, purchases, site acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, development work and corporate support
* Active involvement in business development with a view to developing professional relationships and growing client base
* Drafting and negotiating legal documentation including bespoke overage agreements, options, conditional contracts
Person Specification
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in running their own caseload. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
* Good interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
* Excellent I.T skills
* Client care skills are essential
