What Youll Be Doing
Provide administrative support to clinical staff and client-facing teams
Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
Respond to client queries with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive data with discretion
Assist in streamlining internal processes and improving service delivery
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
