I'm on the lookout for an experienced Electrician to join our established maintenance team in Cornwall. This is a varied role working within occupied domestic properties, where you’ll combine hands on electrical repairs with thorough inspection and testing. A friendly, professional approach with residents is just as important as your technical expertise.
What you’ll be doing:
Electrical inspection, testing, and certification
Repairs and fault-finding
Full and partial rewires
Changing consumer units
Installing lighting and sockets
Ensuring all work complies with the latest regulations and safety standards What we need from you:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition qualification
AM2 certification
2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent 2394/2395 - Desirable)
Proven domestic maintenance experience
Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
