Assembly Operative
Location: Heanor, Derbyshire
Pay: £12.21 per hour + enhanced overtime rates

What youll do:
Assemble products using a range of power tools and hand tools
Work to production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
Follow safe working practices and contribute to a clean, efficient workspace
Shift Pattern:
Rotating weekly:
o Week 1: 6:00am 4:30pm
o Week 2: 10:00am 8:30pm
Monday to Friday only
Pay & Benefits:
£12.21 per hour
Overtime:
o Time + 1/3 during the week
o Time + 1/2 at weekends
Long-term, stable role with consistent hours
Full training provided
About You:
Experience using power tools or hand tools is beneficial
Good attention to detail
Able to work to instruction and meet production targets
Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
