Our client is a successful and busy property company based in Newcastle under Lyme. They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties, acting as a liaison between owners and tenants.
Job Description:
1. As the Property Manager you will be responsible for tenant relations including marketing properties, screening applicants, managing lease agreements, and addressing tenant concerns and requests.
2. Responsible for property maintenance ensuring regular inspections, repairs and maintenance
3. Rresponsible for managing rent collections, managing budgets and reporting
4. Responding to any emergencies and addressing urgent issues that may arise
For the Property Manager role, it would be good to see candidates with:
5. Proven background working as a Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Real Estate or similar role is essential
6. Understanding landlord-tenant laws and other relevant regulations is crucial for the role
7. GCSE’s at C or above (or equiv) in Maths & English
8. Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
9. Must be a car driver
10. Excellent communicator
11. Highly organized with exceptional time management
