Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a Year 1 Teacher on behalf of a large, welcoming primary school in the Bolton area. This vibrant and inclusive school is looking for a dedicated educator to join their Key Stage 1 team on a full-time basis (Mon-Fri) from September until Easter 2027 (mid-April).
About You:
• Hold QTS – the school are open to Fully Qualified Teachers (FQT) as well as Early Career Teachers (ECT) They have commented on having the capacity to support an ECT induction for two terms at least (Autumn and Spring).
• Confident in planning, delivering, and assessing engaging Year 1 lessons.
• Passionate about nurturing children’s development and creating a positive, stimulating learning environment.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
• Good knowledge around the Year 1 curriculum as well as experience teaching Phonics.
Please note: As this is a full-time class teacher role, lesson planning will be required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
