Key Responsibilities Leading, coaching, and developing the transport team to reach their full potential Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages at the right time Managing recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, safety, and service standards Ensuring full compliance with transport legislation and operational procedures Overseeing commercial vehicles, cages, pallets, and PPE Managing vehicle checks, servicing, MOTs, VORs, temperature checks, and near-miss reporting Allocating work effectively, considering legal driving hours and individual/team capability Carrying out thorough, high-quality investigations when required Promoting and managing a strong safety culture at all times Acting as a role model for company values, particularly during challenging periods About You You'll be a confident and experienced Transport Manager with: Proven people management and leadership capability Strong, up-to-date knowledge of transport operations and legislation A track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused mindset A genuine commitment to safety, service quality, and team engagement Why Join Us?
