Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to join a supportive specialist school in the Dudley area. You will play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, providing both 1:1 support and working with small groups to encourage positive behaviour, emotional development, and academic progress.
