Day to day you will act in the capacity of SME supporting the execution and development of the end user operational requirements and actively training local SME manpower through On-Job-Training to achieve the National aspirations of sovereign EWOS self-sufficiency. What You’ll Bring Flexible approach to the working environment, with a cultural awareness, and the ability to work well in a team Qualified by specialist EW training with 2–3 years’ EWOS experience. Experience with DASS, ECM, ESM, AISS, or T&V. Strong PFA, MDS or emitter data analysis capability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal/external stakeholders at varying levels Self-motivated with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision making, able to work unsupervised using your own initiative Computer proficiency MS Office; MATLAB/Simulink/C++ desirable This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above.
