Here's some other important things you need to know:

* You will need to be experienced at painting and decorating. Having electrical and plumbing skills would be beneficial but not essential
* You will need to demonstrate that you have excellent knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH, Fire Safety and Food Safety
* You will keep up to date and accurate records of all checks and repairs completed and scheduled
