The 360 FX Dealer role is a key position sits at the heart of our revenue generation. This is an opportunity for an experienced, driven individual to take full ownership of their client relationships — from origination and onboarding through to execution, risk management and long-term account growth. This is a true 360 role. You will be responsible for building your own client base, managing FX exposure, pricing and executi ng trades, and delivering a consistently high level of service. Job Requirements Your key responsibilities include: •Being punctual for your arrival, for meetings and for deadlines • Sourcing, identifying and developing new FX business opportunities • Proactively generating leads via outbound calling, referrals and networking • Opening and managing corporate, institutional and private FX accounts • Executing spot, forward and swap FX transactions • Providing FX risk management solutions tailored to client needs • Pricing trades accurately while managing risk and exposure • Managing the full client onboarding process, including KYC and AML • Acting as a trusted point of contact across all FX-related matters • Delivering regular market commentary, trade ideas and client updates • Monitoring key market-moving economic, political and central bank events • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell the wider product suite • Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting activity and performance • Ensuring strict adherence compliance and counter-party requirements The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, resilient and highly motivated, with a genuine interest in FX markets and cl ient relationship management. • Proven experience in a 360 FX dealing or FX sales role • Strong understanding of FX markets, products and execution • Confident pricing and managing trades independently • Target-driven with a strong appetite for performance-based earnings • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working in a demanding, high-energy environment • Professional, disciplined and committed to long-term success
