Lady in her 40s living in Bridlington who has a learning disability, cerebral palsy and mobility issues requires support across 7 days per week. full and part time positions available along with option for live in carers.
Monday to Sunday 7am - 9.30am - Personal care.
Monday to Friday 4.Saturday's - 1.30pm - and Sundays - 2.Undressing and getting ready for bed, social interaction, and activities at home plus supporting female on outings.
Ideal candidates would be someone who is patient, caring, friendly and trustworthy, it would be an advantage to have experience of working with people with a learning disability.
Duties include: all aspects of personal care, dressing and undressing and getting ready for bed, social interaction and activities at home. The lady enjoys arts & crafts, spending time on her iPad and watching television, playing games, jigsaws. On weekends duties will include the above plus supporting female on outings.
A genuine occupational requirement for a female worker exists for this post under the Equality Act 2010 due to privacy and decency.
Car driver desirable - access to own car not required as car is available.
