Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with a lovely growing service provider in South Lincolnshire to recruit an experienced Ledger/Treasury Supervisor.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a small team of staff in accounts payable, receivables and treasury (banking, credit card payments etc) ensuring invoices are processed in a timely and accurate fashion, dealing with credit notes and refunds, suppliers, statements and some credit control. In addition, you will support the Finance Manager with ad hoc finance tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven extensive payables/receivables and/or banking experience and ideally have some experience of managing or mentoring staff. You will ideally have AAT, or be part-qualified/be looking to study. You will have excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, professionalism and excellent customer service skills. You will have strong Excel skills as well as exposure to a range of accounts software. You will be living in the Lincolnshire area as the role is office-based.
