Manufacturing Technician - Loughborough Location: Bishop Meadow Road, Loughborough The Opportunity Are you detail-oriented with experience in a manufacturing or lab setting? Join our team as a Manufacturing Technician in the Laboratory Products Division, supporting vital research, diagnostic, and clinical environments. This hands-on role involves ensuring the highest quality of our laboratory consumables. Key Responsibilities Inspection & Assembly: Inspect, assemble, and package laboratory consumables to defined specifications and quality standards. Equipment Operation: Set up and operate packaging and labelling equipment, including printing labels using approved software. Documentation: Accurately complete required paperwork (Batch Records, ECNs, etc.) and input downtime data. Quality Control: Assist with in-process and finished goods inspections (Quality Control/Peer Review). Maintenance: Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on labelling equipment. Teamwork: Promote a positive environment and cross-train/assist in other departments as needed.
