About the Role
As a Technical Engagement Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of data management and analytics engagements across diversified industries such as Travel, Retail, Business Services, and Utilities. You’ll partner with clients to identify growth opportunities, manage end-to-end project delivery, and ensure alignment with business objectives and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive account growth and identify new opportunities in data management, analytics, and digital transformation.
* Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives.
* Lead project teams (5–20 members) and manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
* Conduct business reviews and articulate measurable business value.
* Collaborate with internal teams for resource planning, risk mitigation, and performance improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or IT, or equivalent experience.
* Experience:10+ years in diversified industries (Travel, Retail, Utilities, etc.).
* 10+ years in BI/DW implementations and enterprise data management.
* 3+ years in technical architecture or project management.
* Strong knowledge of data integration, SQL, business intelligence tools, and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
* Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
* Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.
* Exposure to sales/pre-sales activities.
* Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and estimation techniques.
