Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily bank reconciliations
* Manage purchase and sales ledgers
* Undertake credit control activities
* Process supplier and customer payments
* Prepare and submit VAT returns
* Reconcile expenses and company credit cards
* Manage petty cash transactions
* Respond to email queries in a timely and professional manner
* Liaise effectively with business partners and internal stakeholders
* Support with ad hoc accounting duties as required
Key Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in a similar accounts assistant or finance role
* Proficient in SAGE and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Clear and professional communication abilities
Hours Of Work
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
