Responsibilities: Provide first-line and second-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 users across our organisation. Support system configuration, including forms, views, dashboards, reports, workflows, and security roles. Work with departments to gather requirements and help shape future systems improvements. Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation. Deliver user training and create supporting documentation and guides. Liaise with third-party suppliers and wider IT teams regarding escalated issues and enhancements. Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Promote effective and standardised use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our organisation.
