About the Role:
This position requires a dynamic educator who can lead engaging, curriculum:aligned lessons. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive environment where students feel confident to express themselves, develop key performance skills, and grow in their creative abilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high:quality Drama lessons.
* Direct and guide students through performances, practical workshops, and theatrical productions.
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
* Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation from all students.
* Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to integrate drama into the wider school community.

Skills and Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): This is essential for the role.
