HomeServe is currently recruiting for a Systems Configuration Analyst to join the Operations Team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, highly numerate, and a self-starter who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
We work in a hybrid way with a requirement to travel to the Nottingham office twice a week to work with your team. You should be located within a convenient commute to Nottingham.
Working across the Planning, Field, and Contact Centre departments, the team ensures smooth operational performance, clear information, and effective decision-making.
Principal Accountabilities:
The Systems Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring the HomeServe field deployment system and related programmes. Reporting to the Systems Configuration Manager, the analyst will ensure configuration settings align with the Field/Central Operations planning and deployment strategy, focusing on Customer Experience and Engineer Optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Configuring and maintaining the field planning system (Service Bench/Click) based on business requirements.
* Planning and executing configuration tasks within deadlines.
* Providing system configuration support based on business needs.
* Reviewing and recommending changes to improve customer, people, and business outcomes.
* Assisting in system analysis, design, development, and testing.
* Developing and maintaining configuration policies and procedures.
* Analyzing and resolving configuration issues promptly.
* Developing configuration requirements documents and obtaining approvals.
* Supporting system upgrades and patches related to deployment systems.
* Providing technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders.
* Owning the operational performance of Service Bench/Click to ensure excellent customer service.
* Identifying operational improvements to meet strategic objectives.
* Reviewing data sources and recommending field optimization improvements.
* Managing the creation and validity of Service Bench/Click MI.
* Acting as the liaison for all Service Bench/Click related matters with internal and external partners.
* Driving future development of deployment systems.
* Training and coaching users to maximize system output.
* Managing risk and incident response for Service Bench/Click.
* Adjusting system settings to optimize customer experience and efficiency.
* Remaining current on deployment system technologies through external forums.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Advanced knowledge of deployment systems, preferably Click.
* Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Knowledge of field operations and workforce variables.
* Understanding of IT infrastructure for deployment systems.
Additional compensation details include:
* Competitive salary + £5,500 cash/car allowance, 10% bonus, single medical cover, and 6% matched pension.
* Between £41,950 - £45,000 including location allowance, plus a £3,000 signing bonus.
