The role of Executive Assistant
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary and email management
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
* Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
* Handle confidential documents and ensure efficient filing systems are maintained
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication
* Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
* Manage office supplies and oversee general administrative duties

The ideal Executive Assistant
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
