As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Your new role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage the commercial aspects of major capital projects. Responsibilities include: Procurement and subcontractor management through to final account Producing CVRs, AFPs, and cost forecasts Monitoring site resources (staff, materials, plant) Administering bespoke contracts incorporating NEC and I Chem E principles Working closely with operational teams to ensure compliance and delivery What you'll need to succeed Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experienceStrong commercial awareness and proven success in construction/infrastructure Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CEMAR preferred Background in utilities or civils sector desirable What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
