We’re looking for a Field Planning Team Leader to lead our dynamic scheduling team, who are responsible for managing the diaries of our Field Engineers, installing and maintaining Smart Meters across the region. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and motivating a team of planners to ensure efficient scheduling of Field Engineers. Overseeing daily and long-term diary management to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with field operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services. Setting Objectives, monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Handling escalations and resolving scheduling conflicts swiftly and effectively. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing a team in a planning or scheduling environment is essential. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and team development.
