Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and finalise various legal documents.
* Assist in managing case files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and filed.
* Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering queries and gathering necessary information.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating with other departments.
* Work closely with fee-earners and other legal staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective case management.
Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
* LLB Law Degree required.
* Minimum 1 years' experience as a paralegal.
